What is the job?
The central responsibility of this role is the provision of management information, utilising business intelligence software. This position also supports all Business System users throughout the company by maintaining, administering and developing existing software, whilst improving procedures and processes wherever and whenever possible.
A proactive, conscientious, and dedicated outlook is sought. The successful candidate will want to and be able to learn quickly, be self-motivated, and desire to contribute positively to the team and the wider organisation.

Liaise with Access Group & Kerridge/inspHire support to address company requirements, bug fixes & develop the product and its use. |

Test and upgrade software. |
Testing software upgrades within a test environment, communicating new functionality where relevant. |

Skills and requirements
- A working knowledge of Power BI or similar.
- Conversant with SQL.
- An understanding of VBA.
- Microsoft Excel skills (functions, data connections, charts and pivots).
- Crystal Reports or similar.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues regardless of IT literacy.
- Strong problem solving, logical and analytical skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, self-organise and cope with tight deadlines.
- Most importantly, a keenness to learn and improve upon a broad range of system skills.
