Job Title: Workshop Engineer
Reports To: Workshop Foreman
Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours)
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the largest generator specialist in the South West. You will support the Service team in the preparation, testing and repair of electrical equipment both on our premises, and external sites throughout the UK. You will be liaising with both external customers and various departments within Power Electrics so excellent communication and customer service skills are paramount.
Possess a relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Diesel Fitting/ Plant i.e. City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent
OR to have served/completed an approved apprenticeship in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
OR proven experience servicing and repairing generator sets, predominantly FG Wilson, Cummins etc………. ESSENTIAL
Previous experience within the rental industry preferable.
