Power Electrics' Annual Sustainability Report

Covid-19 Operational Update

In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, we have introduced a number of new measures to ensure our business remains operational and all products and services continue with minimal disruption to our customers, suppliers and employees.

Prioritising Critical Customers

Due to the current situation in the UK, we will be prioritising critical customers including hospitals and healthcare facilities, utilities and emergency services. As the situation evolves over the coming weeks and months, our crisis management team will ensure those businesses that require our services continue to receive the highest level of service they expect from us.

Keeping our Customers, Suppliers and Employees Safe

As a business, our customers, suppliers and employees safety is our main focus. A number of our employees around the country are now working from home where this is possible. Due to the nature of our business, those employees such as engineers and drivers are following guidance set by the Government and company and will continue to exercise including social distancing measures and hand hygiene methods.

Fuel Availability

Power Electrics, working with our Fuel Supply Partner, has secured a large UK reserve of Green D+ Renewable Fuel that can be immediately delivered to sites utilising our Transport Fleet from the depot locations around the UK. Along with Green D+, we also have increased our stocks of red diesel to mitigate any shortage there may be in the future due to Covid-19.
